The Card Capital Shop Tournament: Day 1

"Ha! In your face, you cocky bastard!" Zora shouts, pointing at Shiro with a grin. "That's what you get for underestimating me!!!"

"Y-Yeah..."Zera mutters as she looks around, seeing Nova. After a bit, she lets go of Zach and runs up to Nova. "T-That was a really good fight, Nova!"

"Now we have our first set of finalists for the final day!" the manager declared. People began to leave little by little. It seemed that most had arrived just for the tournament.

Nova stood up slowly, his eyes closed. "Don't give in to temptation," Nova said lightly as he started to walk. "In a cardfight, the winner is the one with the strongest will. If you rely on strength that isn't your own, your will will be weak..."

"Eh? Temptation?" Sera asks as she tilts her head while he walks away. "I....Really don't understand you. What do you mean, Nova?"

"You'll know tomorrow," Nova said as he walked out of the shop. Zach turned to her and said, "They both seem pretty strange. Anyways, I gotta get ready for tomorrow. See ya there, Sera!" he gave a wave as he walked out of the shop as well.
