The Card Capital Shop Tournament: Day 1

"Bastard, revenge time! Ride, CEO Amaterasu!" The girl calls out as she rides the sun goddess, activating her skill. "Call, Silent Toms!" Two toms appeared on teh field before she rests her Crescent moon and Vanguard. "Let's go, Critical trigger!" She flips over the top card, revealing Battle sister Ginger and finishing off her opponent.

Sera's eeys widen at the two of them. "W-Wow...They seem...brutal, almost."

Zach sighed lightly as he looked at the two. " I think we've got a picture of two of the final four... The next one is the last of the day, isn't it?"

Nova's eyes were closed as he turned, looking at Sera. Could she really be... he thought to himself as he went to the nearby chairs.

"H-Hah....I still don't know what deck to use..." Sera whines as she shakes her head. "Should i use OTT? No wait, maybe Neos? Although I did wanan try Dimensional Police....Hahhhh!!!" Her eyes became spirals as she was now confused.

"You should just use what you know," Zach said with a small smile. "If you try something new, there's no way to say what'll happen. You can beat someone like Hirotama like that, but tournaments have loads of high level competitors in them. Even if we assume all the best players signed up early, its still a big risk."

"B-But i dont know a lot of decks...the only one i really know I can't find my deck of..." Sera fiddles with her fingers as she looks down.

Zach crossed his arms and thought for a moment. Since she didn't have any memories, finding a deck for her would be hard. "So then... you really need a deck, huh? And you didn't try looking aroudn your place for clues?"

"Ahh....well...I did find a box...but..." Sera looks down. "It....I don't think that deck belongs to me. It had the name of someone else on it and it sounds really familiar, but i dont think it's mine....I dont know anymore."

"Well, maybe it was a friend of yours that gave you the deck," Zach said, trying to piece everything together. "Why don't you use that... If you can open the box and its in your house, it must have something to do with you using it."

"...I...I guess..." Sera surrenders as she sighs. It was either giving up and going with Zach's idea, or continuing this ridiculous circle of words. "I'll take a look at it then..."

Zach smiled with a small nod as the Manager walked to the front of the stage. "Okay everyone... its time to start the finals of today's Card Capital Shop Tournament! The names have all been placed on the board. Please look at them and move to your stations as soon you are prepared!"

Nova looked at his name, immediately seeing which table he was meant to go to. He walked there without even seeing the name of his opponent.

The girl smirks as she too looks at the board for her name and station, moving over therer and awaiting for her opponent.

"Now here's something I didn't expect." A familiar voice said, causing Sera to turn around. Her eyes widen as she saw Zeiro. Apparently, he was taking part in the tournament. He smiles at Zach and Sera before walking up to Nova, placing a deck on the table. "After all, there's no rule saying I can't partake in a tournament, is there, Nova?"

A boy in white, slightly spiky hair walked up to the table, grinning lightly as he saw Zora. "So a lady is my last opponent of the day. My name is Shiro and my Magical deck should be more than a match for you."

Nova's eyes narrowed as he saw Zeiro. "You'd go this far to find people with that ability?" he said as he all but slammed his deck onto the table. "I told you what would happen if you stayed here. Now I will have to make good on it." Zach blinked as they spoke. They definitely seemed to know each other, but how could that be?

"Oh? That's a rather cocky comment from a kid like you." she said as she points at him. "I'm Zora Yamakuzi, and I can assure you you'll be defeated by me and my deck!"

"Harsh words, Nova, harsh." Zeiro said as he set up his field and his hand, awaiting for Nova. "Don't misunderstand me, I'm only here to have a little fun. In no way am I taking today seriously." He smiles. "Besides, the little lady will provide enough entertainment for me tomorrow...as well as you."

"Oh, now who among us is the cocky one, I wonder?" he said sarcastically as he drew his cards for his opening hand.

Nova narrowed his eyes again as he said, "Whatever your planning ends with this defeat. There's no way I'd allow you to win here..."

The manager grinned lightly and said, "Okay, it seems like all the fighters are ready to begin. Let's start!"

"Stand Up!" Nova called out as Battleraizer was flipped up onto his field.

"Take the stage," Shiro called as he flipped his card and a humanoid pigeon was on his side of the field.

Zora's eye visibly twitched at the vanguard Shiro flipped up. "Fuck...I could be in trouble...oh well! Stand up, Vanguard!" She flips over Godhawk Ichiyaboshi before pointing at Shiro. "Mark my words, kid, I'm going to own you, trolling or nto!"

"And as I said before, all I want is a little bit of fun right now." Zeiro states. "Do you honestly think I would be serious in a half baked tournament as this? Stand up, Zapbau!" A rather high tech looking blue dog with two guns on its back appears on the field.

"Your abilities will do nothing against my Magic," Shiro said, seeming to be proud of what he had. "I'll allow you to begin. Its the least I can do considering what will happen in this match."

"Draw," Nova said, taking the first turn almost immediately. "I ride, Raizer Custom..." A slightly larger robot appeared on the field as the Battleraizer was moved to the back. "Turn end..."

"We'll see about that...Draw!" Zora draws her card to start off the cardfight. "Ichibayoshi's skill. Time to check for Tsuku-chan in the top five!" She draws the top five carsd, looking at them before taking one and showing it to Shiro. "Superior ride, Goddess of the Crescent moon!" She rides the young girl on top of her blue hawk while returing the four cards to the bottom. "Turn end."

"Draw." Zeiro draws his card as he chooses another card from his hand to ride. "Nostrum Witch, Arianrhod ride." He places the grade one over Zapbau to summon up a young lady. "I'll attack your vanguard." He rests the Witch as he drive checks, revealing Dark Metal Dragon.

"Then I'll begin with my draw," Shiro said as he drew his card before placing another on the field. I Ride, Starting Presenter! Due to this card, I can Soul Charge 2 cards next turn if I ride a Pale Moon unit over it. I also think I'll call Rainbow Magician! With that, I'll have Rainbow Magician boost my Presenter's attack!" When he moved to reveal his top card it was an Elephant Juggler.

Nova took the damage, revealing a Genocide Jack that went into the damage zone. He drew another card and said, "High Powered Raizer Custom, ride!" Upon command another, newer looking and more powerful robot appeared in place of the first. Call, NGM Prototype, Raizer Custom." Two other robots appeared, one behind the other. "Raizer Custom will boost... NGM attack!"

"No guard." Zora said as she damage checks a Full Moon Tsukuyomi, causing her eye to twich. "I swear, Tsuku, if you dare..."

"Grim Reaper Guard." Zeiro places the critical trigger on the guardian circle, guarding NGM's attack before putting it in the drop zone.

"Rainbow Magician's skill... Soul Charge!" he declared as he took the top card of his deck, revealing it to be a Heal Trigger, and placing it underneath the vanguard in the soul. "With that, Rainbow Magician exits the stage and my turn ends."

Nova glared slightly as he moved his hand to his Vanguard. "Full Power Raizer Custom, attack!" Zach blinked lightly as he said, "No boost?" Nova tapped the card lightly and said, "Full Powered Raizer Custom gained 8k when attacking as long as Battle Raizer is in the same column. The total power is 16k."

"All right then...Let's go!" She shouts, drawind her card and repeating the same prcess as with Ichibayoshi. "Half Moon, ride!" She takes a card and rides Half Moon Tsukuyomi over Crescent moon. "Soul charge!" She takes the top two cards, a draw and a critical, and puts them under her vanguard."Time to attack again! Half Moon attacks Starting Presenter!"

"No guard." Zeiro said calmly at the violent Nova. "Again, so harsh. You really need to sit back and relax, Nova Raizer."

"No guard..." Shiro said with a light grin. "Please hit me as you please."

"Drive check!" Nova called out as he flipped the top card. It started to glow and reveal a Battle Raizer. "Stand Trigger! I'll give all the effects to NGM Protoype!" At the attack hit, the robot to the side rose from a knelt position as its power rose to 13k.

"Drive check!" Zora shouts as she flips over the top card, revealing itself to be Oracle Guardian Gemini. "Tch...I swear to god....Turn end!"

"Damage Check." Zeiro flips over the top card, having it glow lightly as it reveals to be a draw trigger. "Draw trigger. I give power to my vanguard and draw a card."

Shiro checked the card, revealing a Critical Trigger. He stood his Vanguard and drew as if it meant nothing that he lost a trigger. "Ride, Elephant Juggler!" he called out as the Starting Presenter started to glow. He Soul Charged two cards before he picked up three more units. "Call, Barking Cerberus, Skull Juggler, Midnight Bunny! Also, with Elephant Juggler's skill, for each Pale Moon I play, I Soul Charge." He moved three new cards from his deck into the soul. "Also, Skull Juggler's skill... Soul Charge!" Yet another card went underneath the vanguard as he gave a small smile. "I think I'll have Midnight Bunny boost as my vanguard attacks you now."

"Ngm Prototype, attack!" Nova called out as his second machine moved in to attach once again.

"No guard!" Zora declares, glaring at Shiro and his rather large soul. "Tch...Stupid hoppers!"

"No guard." Zeiro once agian damage checks, revealing Cursed Lancer as he places it in the damage zone. "Well now, it's my turn." He draws and immediately places the card on his vanguard. "Dark Knight, Rugoth ride." His vanguard was swallowed up in darkness, replacing it with an armored man carrying a large sword. "Call, Nemain and Blaster Javelin." Off to the right of his vanguard, the two units were summoned as he flips over a card in his damage zone. Discarding Dark Metal Dragon, he draws two carsd before tapping on Javelin.

"Javelin's skill." This time, he discards Dark Mage, Babh Caar and puts a Phantom Blaster Dragon in his hand. "Attack your vanguard with Nemain and Javeiln for 9k."
