Digimon - World of the Unknown

Kuraganimon simply turned to the voice, looking at him and his digimon with a tilt of his head. Slowly, he raised one ofh is arms and made a slashing motion. A giant shadow was formed and traveled its way to the boy and his digimon. Zora merely stood there, still staring at the ground with clenched fists.

Viximon staggered her way to the others before collapsing near Takato and Dee. It seemed as if the digimon was desperately trying tow arn them to get away.

Dee, not really understanding what the Viximon was trying to do, picked it up and began stroking it. She wasn't really sure whether or not it was to comfort the Digimon or herself. Much to her dismay, she found she was still crying.

Wilbur trotted over to his tamer before standing next to her protectively. Or at least attempting to. It was debatable as to whether or not a Unimon on his last legs was really that intimidating.

Dee said nothing as she looked at the newcomer, knowing that whatever she said would simply come out as a hiccuping sob.

The small Rookie Digimon next to the boy never said a word and launched forward at the blast, being encased in energy before a loud shout echoed over the broken area, followed by an immense lashing stream of data. "Dracomon Warp Digivolve to..."

A large form covered in Chrome Digizoid scale armour phased alive, batting away the attack with a massive sword. Two powerful eyes stared at Kuraganimon, a aura of power running over its battle ready body. Horns peaked upwards as it raised its head, the voice booming once again,

"....Slayerdramon."

The Mega-Level Digimon stared at the Ultimate, standing guard in front of the white haired boy, its torn green cape moving with the wind. Its supposed tamer merely chuckled and clapped his hands, bowing lightly in a mocking motion

"Now, now, we're not here to fight, just to thank you for deleting the nuisance. Here, take this as a reward..." said the boy as he smiled politely at the girls and male, giving an innocent wave before he tossed Takato and Dee a blue card. With that the boy turned away to leave, and Slayerdramon followed, both of them walking away into the distance...

Kuraganimon stared as he saw Slayerdramon fly away. He took a step forward beforestopping, then a light overcame him as he de-digivolved all the way bakc to his In-Training, Tsukomon.

Viximon blinked, glaring as they flew off before jumping out of Dee's arms and attempting to run off, away from them.

After the Viximon jumped out of arms, Dee fumbled to catch the card. She stared at it. What on earth was it? She didn't remember anything like this in the original series. Curse her lack of knowledge about these new series...

She then just watched the figure dissapear.

Takato looked at the card and then held it up, glancing down at the twitching DemiVeemon. Without another word he slashed it straight through his Digivice, the loud words echoing over his dry lips in a flash. "Digimodify."

A vortex of data fell over the small Digimon, much like when one Digivolved. Yet, instead of a evolution, there was a gathering group of light streaming downwards from his Digivice onto the small beast. In a matter of moments, DemiVeemon was no longer fading into data, the sounds of snoring booming across the land.

Yet, the blue card remained. It had yet to complete its true purpose.

"Veemon!"

He couldn't help but laugh....

Zora simply stood there before walking over to Tsukomon and picking him up.

"I'll...see you guys later..." She muttered before running off.

Viximon was hiding behidn a broken building that was the result of Groundramon's rampage, watching the group of three becoming two. A figure behind her picked her up and looked before the two of then were out of site.

Dee just looked back at the girl running off. Where could Zora be going? She was curious and a bit worried, but didn't bother to call out to her. Not only did she doubt her voice would carry that far right now, but knowing the laws of irony they would meet up again sometime soon.

Then Dee looked over at Veemon and gave a shaky sigh of relief. Thank goodness. The girl had no idea what she would have done had he died. Wiping away the last of her tears, she smiled a little and leaned against Wilbur, who did nothing but watch where the person had gone.

She put the blue card in her pocket after looking at it one more time, not being entirely sure what to do with it.
