History: Dekka always lived alone with nothing guaranteed. He had to dumpster dive for meals and was always on the move. He even stole food to get by. One day, he found a strange looking fruit which he ate out of sheer hunger. After he did, his body became covered in diamond. When others discovered this, they wanted to mine him for all he had and become rich. Dekka ran in fear and continued running until he was in East Blue. There, he found a small town of villagers that were constantly horded by pirates. He agreed to protect the village from the pirates in exchange for room and board, but the townspeople were so grateful that they made him an honorary citizen and look to him as the villages protector.
